Growth Leader, Channel Sales & Distribution (Coatings)

Specialty Coatings and Waterproofing Systems is seeking a Director of Distribution and Channel Sales to lead the launch of a new specialty materials division. The role reports to ownership and combines strategic channel development with hands-on execution across distributors, reps, and contractors.

Remote U.S., with preference for eastern markets and regular travel. You will shape product routes to market, set pricing, and build a team as the division grows, aiming to expand wall waterproofing
