BlueTuskr is a remote-friendly, growth-focused agency seeking a Senior Growth Sales Manager to drive new business for ecommerce marketing services. You will hunt, close, and then build a sales team, earning uncapped commissions with a clear path to leadership.

You’ll use HubSpot, Smartlead, Dripify, and LinkedIn outreach with a real budget for conferences and lists. You’ll report to the CEO as the first dedicated sales hire, shaping the playbook and owning the lifecycle from prospecting to
