Lead Workday Payroll HRIS Analyst

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada, serving as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations and support complex payroll needs. Lead testing for semi-annual Workday releases, analyze issues, and drive improvements across payroll operations while
