Louisiana Enterprise CSM Lead — Remote

Purple Squirrel Enterprises is recruiting an Enterprise Customer Success Manager – State Lead based in Louisiana with remote flexibility. You will own the state's enterprise CS program, manage executive relationships, and mentor a team of In-State Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, ROI, and expansion for a healthcare platform.

Your leadership will coordinate cross-functional efforts with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing optimization, while
