North America Base Sales VP: Growth, Renewals & Strategy

Ensono seeks an experienced Vice President, North America Base Sales to lead a multi-tiered sales organization across our NA client portfolio. You will own executive relationships, define growth strategy, and ensure durable, value-based outcomes that maximize lifetime client value.

You will forecast and manage pipelines, coach sales leaders, and collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to drive renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities across our end-to-end portfolio.
