People Strategy Partner: HR Programs & Talent Growth

CBRE seeks a People Business Partner to support rollout and communication of HR initiatives across the organization. The role sits in the People Strategy and Operations function, focusing on design, execution and monitoring of HR programs and policies.

You will work with managers to develop onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management, while guiding employee relations and risk mitigation. This position involves travel and site visits across facilities.
