Regional Executive Director, New England Child Welfare

The Baker Center for Children and Families is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the New England Association of Child Welfare Commissioners and Directors (NEACWCD). This role is remote with occasional regional and national travel, and requires residence in one of the six New England states (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT).

The Executive Director will guide strategic initiatives, foster cross-state collaboration, and connect leaders with research, promising practices, and national experts.
