Powerback is a leader in rehabilitation services across therapy disciplines, delivering care to older adults in settings from skilled nursing to home-based care. We are seeking an Associate Vice President of Strategic Growth to drive strategic, profitable growth across West Coast accounts, coach regional teams, and manage CRM-driven business development and partnerships.

The role requires traveling to supported sites, coaching stakeholders, and coordinating new business starts while aligning
