Remote BCBA for Arabic-Speaking Families | Flexible Hours

Escalate ABA is seeking an Arabic-speaking BCBA for a fully remote, part-time/contract role serving NY-based clients. The position emphasizes after-school hours, evenings, and weekends with flexible scheduling and autonomy to support families.

You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs remotely, review data, and collaborate with families. NY LBA and Medicaid affiliation are required to deliver culturally competent care and ensure compliance.
