Remote Business Analyst Consultant — Tech & OCM Liaison

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Business Analyst to open/triage issues related to operations command center (OCM) and coordinate with partners, IT, and stakeholders in a rapid, service-focused environment. You will act as the liaison for users and IT, update tickets in ServiceNow, and become a domain SME for OCM across multiple command centers.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, Agile delivery experience, and collaboration with technology partners.
