Remote CRM Ops Lead: Scale HubSpot & Automation

Curvion Blue is seeking a CRM Operations Lead to strengthen and scale our HubSpot CRM across multiple client accounts. You will design, configure, and optimize CRM processes, pipelines, and data governance to support high‑velocity sales and RevOps.

You will partner with RevOps, sales, and data teams to automate workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and standardize CRM practices. This remote role offers bonus opportunities and growth within our revenue operations team.
