Remote Customer Success Manager Mid Market & Enterprise

GoGuardian is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Mid Market & Enterprise in the Southeast. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with sales and product teams to maximize value.

You will guide onboarding, monitor health metrics, and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline while traveling up to 30% of the time to ensure customer success across regions.
