Job description
Coinbase is seeking an L4 Capacity Planning Lead to join the Compliance Workforce Management team. Lead forecasts and short-range capacity plans, translate volume and AHT trends into staffing requirements, and leverage AI-enhanced planning to optimize cost and service levels.
You will partner with Compliance Operations, Finance and Recruiting to align headcount budgets and growth targets, while driving data-driven forecasting improvements in a fast-paced environment.
