Remote General Counsel: Tech Contracts & AI Risk Expert

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced in-house General Counsel for a part-time, remote engagement to support an innovative legal AI project. This role focuses on technology transactions, contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.

You will evaluate AI-generated contract outputs, run simulated negotiations, and provide actionable legal feedback to improve AI systems' ability to identify risks and interpret complex agreements.
