Remote Global Total Rewards Director

Optiv seeks a Director, Total Rewards to lead strategy, design, and development of global compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. The role drives annual compensation reviews, health and welfare plans, and a cohesive rewards framework to attract and retain a diverse workforce across USA, India, and Canada.

The position reports to the SVP of HR and is part of the Optiv HR Leadership Team, guiding global programs and ensuring compliance with ERISA and regulatory standards.
