Remote Head of Design — Lead Product UI & Design System

Hospitable seeks its first Head of Design to own the craft, standard, and team behind every host-facing screen. You will report to the CEO and lead a small, hands-on design team, setting a high bar for quality and user experience across the platform.

This role is player-coach, requiring you to both design and mentor, guiding discovery, prototyping, visual design, and interaction. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build.
