Remote In-House Counsel — Tech Transactions & AI Contracts

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with a focus on technology transactions for a remote, part-time engagement. You will contribute to contract drafting, review, and redlining for MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, while evaluating AI-generated contract analyses for accuracy and risk.

The role emphasizes legal judgment, transactional expertise, and collaboration with product and research teams to refine AI-driven contract workflows. Prior in-house tech contracting experience is essential.
