Remote Legal Ops Manager | Vendor & Spend Optimization

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Legal Operations Manager, Vendor & Spend Management. You will own the vendor onboarding, spend oversight, and annual budget planning for Legal, Policy, and Compliance, driving cost visibility and forecast accuracy at scale.

You will oversee the e-billing program end-to-end, optimize benchmarking of firms, and collaborate with FP&A on invoicing and month-end processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
