Remote Part-Time General Counsel — Tech Contracts & AI

YO AI Labs is seeking an in-house General Counsel for a part-time, remote role to support an innovative legal AI project. You will bring 3+ years of technology transactions experience, with hands-on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining skills.

You will evaluate AI-generated contract outputs, conduct simulated negotiations, and provide detailed feedback to improve risk assessment, consistency, and interpretability of complex agreements while collaborating with product and
