Remote Patient Support Specialist

Alexion is seeking a OneSource Support Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. Hours are 8:30AM–5:00PM EST, with up to 10% travel to Alexion sites.

You will serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, delivering onboarding and long-term adherence support, disease-state education, and access support for insurance programs. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve non-clinical issues, provide vaccination assistance where needed, and ensure accurate CRM
