Remote People & Culture Specialist — ER & Leave

Modern Family Law is seeking a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to lead employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce. You will partner with managers and attorneys to resolve workplace concerns, document decisions, and drive compliant processes.
