Remote People Partner (HR Strategy & Ops)

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for remote USA operations. The role supports the roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures as part of the People Strategy and Operations function.

Key duties include onboarding development, performance management, training delivery, and counseling on employee relations. Weekly travel to sites and large warehouse facilities is required, with potential up to 40% travel monthly and 50% walking in facilities.
