Remote Product Applications Specialist - Training & Support

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a technical support professional to manage customer inquiries across the North America product portfolio, addressing technical, quality and regulatory questions, and assisting with product implementations and onboarding.

You will deliver technical education and training to internal and external customers, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to ensure high product adoption and customer satisfaction.
