Remote Regional Payroll Director – Americas

NIQ is seeking a Regional Payroll Director, Americas with end-to-end accountability for payroll across 32 countries and ~8,000 employees. You will lead a dispersed team and manage in-house and external providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Reporting to the VP, Head of Global Payroll, you will collaborate with HR, Tax, Finance, and Legal to drive payroll transformation and governance while navigating U.S. and LATAM requirements.
