Remote Senior Corporate Counsel II - Commercial Contracts

Curia is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel II – Commercial Transactions to support our R&D, Drug Product, and Manufacturing units in a fully remote role. The attorney will draft and negotiate complex contracts with customers globally and advise Sales and Operations on day-to-day commercial issues.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D., 6+ years of relevant experience in life sciences or pharma, and have strong negotiation and strategic counsel skills.
