Remote Senior Engineering Manager, AI-Native Control Plane

Upbound is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Management Plane and its four surfaces—Hub, Console, Marketplace, and middleware—driving the architectural direction and ensuring unified customer experiences across Upbound Cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will manage senior engineers, grow the team, establish reliability standards, and partner with Product, Design, GTM, Finance, and Customer Success to translate enterprise needs into platform capabilities.
