Remote Senior Manager, Public Sector Customer Success

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success – U.S. Public Sector, to lead a high‑performing team of CSMs serving Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED accounts.

You’ll drive GRR/NRR, platform adoption, and customer value through strategic coaching and operational rigor. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success & Professional Services, you will partner with Sales, PS, Support, and Product to align delivery with procurement cycles and security mandates, while guiding risk
