Remote Senior Software Architect & Technical Leader

One Call seeks a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth and hands-on leadership in a legacy-heavy, modernizing environment. The role balances technical influence with delivery excellence across .NET Framework, .NET Core, and modern front-end stacks.

You'll guide teams, evaluate architectures, and champion engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and scalable data APIs, working in a remote-first setup with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
