Remote Senior Technical Success Leader

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to own customer adoption, onboarding, and ongoing success across our enterprise base.

You will forecast consumption, document opportunities, and lead adoption and integration of New Relic products. You will partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, be the voice for customers with product and engineering, and maintain a deep understanding of how customers use technology to drive growth.
