Remote Senior VP, Clean Energy M&A & Strategy

PureSky Energy seeks a visionary Senior VP to head Corporate Development, M&A and Strategy across North America. You will partner with the CEO and Board to drive growth, evaluate acquisitions, and allocate capital for a 500 MW to 1 GW expansion in community solar and energy storage.

You will oversee transaction sourcing, valuation, and post-merger integration, while building relationships with developers, lenders and utilities, and mentoring a high-performing team.
