Animal Outpatient Specialty Network is seeking a Specialty Recruiter to scale sourcing and screening for clinicians across our network. This remote California-based role collaborates with the Sr. Recruiter and HR to meet hiring goals and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. A relocation option to Irvine, CA is preferred but not required.
