Remote SVP, CRE & SBA Growth Leader

AVANA Companies seeks two Senior Vice Presidents of Business Development to originate CRE and SBA loans nationwide, including owner-occupied, investor, construction, and SBA 504 deals. You will build pipelines and manage relationships with developers, brokers, and centers of influence to drive loan production.

Require 8+ years in CRE/SBA sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of sourcing deals and meeting targets. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
