Remote Tax Strategy Director – Global Provision & Reporting

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Tax Accounting (Remote-Eligible) to lead global tax provisioning, reporting, and forecasting for the enterprise and its acquisitions. You will partner with senior finance leadership to optimize the effective tax rate and capital planning.

You will mentor a team of four tax professionals, guide M&A tax accounting decisions, and ensure robust internal controls over income taxes in a regulated environment.
