Remote Tech Transactions Counsel – Part-Time

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced In-House Counsel with a strong background in technology transactions for a remote, part-time contract role. You will focus on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining, with emphasis on MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related tech agreements, supporting AI-focused initiatives.

You will evaluate AI-generated contract outputs, provide clear feedback, and help shape negotiation workflows used to train and assess models.
