Remote Tele-Neurologist: Memory & Dementia Care (Contract)

Meridian Street Capital, LLC is seeking a part-time, fully remote Neurologist licensed in Virginia to join Local Infusion's virtual neurology clinic focused on memory care and dementia.

In this contract role, you will conduct tele-neurology visits, partner with NP and referring providers, document in the EMR, and escalate complex cases per clinical protocols, helping scale a model for amyloid-targeted treatment access.
