Remote Urgent Care NP — Telehealth for Medicare Patients

Belle, LLC is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide remote telehealth support for Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in our Chronic Care Management program.

This role focuses on responding to urgent clinical escalations from our nursing team, with the majority of calls involving poorly controlled hypertension, medication concerns, and other non-life-threatening acute issues.
