Remote Video Solutions Support & Contracts Lead

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Customer Support Manager to lead day-to-day contract management and relationships for video solutions across the North America region. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO teams to deliver on contractual obligations and SLAs.

You will oversee resources, escalation processes, and service scope while driving customer satisfaction, end-to-end solutions, and potential upsell opportunities.
