Remote VP, Employer Sales & Strategic Growth

RethinkFirst in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Employer Sales to drive national revenue for the RethinkCare line. This role combines solution selling to large employers with strategic input on product positioning and thought leadership in HR and benefits communities.

As an individual contributor, you will own the sales plan, manage a large pipeline, collaborate with marketing, client services, and leadership, and represent the company at industry events.
