Remote VP of Organizational Design & Transformation

The Segal Company (Eastern States), Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Organizational Design for a remote role within Finance.

The VP will lead engagements, develop strategy, and guide organizational transformation across multiple markets while traveling within the United States as needed. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in external consulting with strong practice leadership, revenue generation, and client-management skills.
