Remote Workday Recruiting Tech Manager

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and related technologies. You will configure processes, manage data flows between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore, and lead reporting initiatives across TA platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Workday HCM configuration and 3+ years in Workday Recruiting, with strong collaboration across Talent Acquisition, IT, and business units.
