RVP, Enterprise Sales — Lead Growth (Remote, Equity)

H1 is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive new logo acquisition and expand revenue within existing accounts across healthcare and life sciences. You will build and lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, shaping repeatable sales processes and partnering with cross-functional teams to position H1 as the platform of choice for pharma, health plans, digital health, and biotechnology.
