Sales Rep & Trainer — Remote, Mentorship & Growth

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to guide clients through insurance options while mentoring teammates. This remote/hybrid position blends hands-on sales with coaching to help the team grow and succeed.

You will meet with clients, conduct presentations, build a book of business, and support new colleagues. Licensing in Health & Life is required or pending reimbursement is provided.
