• A&D / discrete manufacturing experience.
• Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography.
• Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on systems configuration experience within your SAP component.
• Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA v2019 or later.
• Successful rollout and localization of a global template.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client locations.
