Senior Accountant - LIHTC/HUD Affordable Housing Lead

Foshee Residential is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support our affordable housing portfolio in Montgomery, AL. The role emphasizes LIHTC, HUD, and USDA knowledge, with leadership responsibilities for 1–3 accounting staff and oversight of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise daily accounting activities, mentor staff, and ensure timely, accurate statements and audit readiness while enhancing internal controls and processes across the portfolio.
