$125K Base + Up to $25K Bonus

100% Remote

***CFO is Based in DC and will ONLY consider candidates who reside in MD, VA, DC, PA, DE to allow for occasional meetings***

The profile is specific:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Big 4 or Top 10 CPA firm background REQUIRED
• Strong accounting, audit, and financial reporting fundamentals
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership
• Strong work ethic and willingness to step up when business demands require it
• Professional, accountable, and motivated to continue developing
