Senior California Labor & Employment Attorney (Remote)

Maslon LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Labor & Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience advising employers on California employment law, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, accommodations, employee classification, workplace policies, and pay practices, and litigating employment-related litigation claims in California state and federal courts.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in California.
