Senior Delivery Manager - Remote FinTech Delivery Leader

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to shepherd delivery across multiple teams in a fintech environment. You will model trade-offs, surface risks early, and maintain delivery visibility with cross-functional partners.

You’ll drive backlog readiness, manage dependencies, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate operational work while ensuring human judgment guides prioritization and stakeholder alignment. This is a remote role within the continental US.
