Senior Engineering Manager, AI-Driven Web Portal (Remote)

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead an external-facing portal application within UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual Technology. You will guide a 10-16 person engineering team, shape architecture decisions, and drive AI-enabled solutions that improve digital experiences and NPS.

The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with on-site requirements in select cities; you will mentor engineers and collaborate across cross-functional
