Senior Engineering Operations Lead for the CTO

Fundraise Up is seeking a senior engineering-operations leader to shape governance, cadence, and decision records across our engineering org. You’ll own the leadership rhythm and the OKR/QBR cycles, coordinating executives and CTO-level stakeholders.
