Crum & Forster seeks a Principal AI Engineer to lead GenAI and agentic AI initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and corporate functions. You will architect, build, and deliver enterprise AI solutions with strong governance and security practices.

You will mentor engineers, drive scalable patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders to unlock business value from AI capabilities, in a largely greenfield environment.
